Private Yacht Charters
Our Gulets come in 3 different classes: Luxury , Deluxe and Vip gulets. If you are interested in renting a private gulet all of the options we offer can and will be great choices according to the size of your group. We are sure we can offer you the most available gulet for your blue cruise. The will only be some little details that need to be discussed such as the itinerary,menu choices and your transfers from the airport. Gulet charter contract will be sent to you after everything is discussed and you have made your decisions about your needs. For the reservation to be valid you shall pay 30% of the total amount ( and this will be your deposit) and the rest of the total amount can be paid when you are in our country, before your joırney starts. It will be paid to our staff that is going to meet you on gulet.

Credit card or cash payment is available.
Credit Card Payments
Elle Yacthing accepts payments by Master, Visa or American Express credit cards.
If you plan to pay by credit card you can finalise the process after you arrive on board.
Bank Money Transfer
It is important to contact us if you are planning to finalise the payment with bank transfer so we can give you the appropriate account details to end the process smoothly. It is necessary to mention the reservation number with this payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Private Gulet Charter Cancellation Conditions:
1) If the cancellation is made 90 days earlier than the departure dates, 15% of the deposit will be kept for administrative costs. The rest of the amount will be refunded.
2) If the cancellation is made less than 89-60 days earlier than the departure dates, 35% of the deposit will be will be kept for administrative costs. The rest of the total amount will be refunded.
3) If the cancellation is made 59 days earlier than the departure dates, the deposit will not be refunded.

RESPONSIBILITY
Elle Yachting takes full responsibility for organising the services you will be getting and the itinerary of your gulet cruise. Every third party we work with will be fit to our guarantee and service standarts and we take all of the responsibility for those,too. Every document you will be receiving , written or given to you , is subject to terms and conditions determined by Turkish laws. If any service or tour package is not available due to the reasons we cannot control, Elle Yachting takes responsibility to provide their customers with equal choices within 24 hours.

INSURANCE
All of our boats are fully insured. But we suggest you have your own personal travel,accident,health,cancellation and luggage insurances.
